We have all the procedures for ND diamond dies,PCD dies,TC dies,diamond selection, diamond grinding,casing,laser drilling,ultra-sonic polishing and wire polishing. We strictly select diamond based on the requirements for drawing die.

This laser drilling machine is a computer control and operating machine, which is programmable and can make the hole according to different requirements of hole profile and reduction angle. Minimum hole size can be 0.010mm. The best advantage is stable laser beam, less burn out, and consistent profile.

In order to drill the hole both sides, recently we have bought 2 sets of continuous laser drilling maching.To improve the quality control system, We imported a set of Conoptica quality control system from Norway.

We solve the technical problem of tinning die to be easy broken and tin-wet.our tinning die is well commented by Chinese customers and foreign customers. And our tinning die is the patent product approved by Chinese Patent Bureau.Our company has strict quality control system including strict technical regulations, strict inspection system and strict equipment management system.
